Using customized CNC machinery, we offer cut to size panels on a range of substrates from 3mm thin HDF up to 38mm MFC.
Panels can be cut to size or machined further with drill holes and notches. We also provide folded panels for flat pack furniture in thin HDF or thicker 8mm MFC. With capabilities on a range of different profiling options, we can also supply ribbed panels, that suit a wide variety of different applications. All panels are supplied packaged to customer requirements, including the option of shrink-wrapping individual panels.

We prime our own Matchtek® products and can also coat most wood-based flat panels. Brushing and sanding preparation ensures a smooth finish which is then ready for painting.
Our curing process is powered by our own biomass boiler, meaning our priming line is one of the most energy efficient and environmentally friendly in the UK.

Boardtek can provide thin high-density fiberboard (HDF) in thicknesses ranging from 2.5mm up to 6mm.
HDF has many uses within furniture, such as cabinet backs, drawer bases and packaging, We supply all our HDF in either raw format or in a variety of decorative finishes, created from water-based lacquers, that include matches to the most popular MFC decors available in the furniture market.
Our HDF can be supplied in full size sheets or as cut to size panels, which can also be folded and supplied with drill holes or notches, according to your requirement.
